Ingredients

Quinoa
Milk (2% fat)
Honey
Walnuts
Banana(s)
Whey Protein Concentrate (80%)
Vanilla Extract
1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water

2. Add the quinoa to a saucepan with a cup of water. Place over a medium heat and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes.

3. Mix the milk, protein powder and vanilla together, then add to the saucepan with the quinoa. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes.

4. Pour the porridge into a bowl.

5. Chop up the walnuts and slice the banana, then arrange on top of the porridge. Drizzle over the honey.
