| Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt |
1. Cut the banana into bite size chunks, then place in a bag and freeze for 4 hours or overnight
2. Place the banana into a blender and blend on a low speed
3. Once the banana is well blended, add the strawberries and peanut butter
4. Blend again until well combined
