1. Preheat the oven to 160 C (320 F) and line a baking tin with non-stick paper
2. In a bowl, combine the oats, protein powder and dry milk
3. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, egg whites, banana, water and oil using a hand mixer
4. Add the oat mixture and beat until well combined
5. Pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake in the oven for 30 minutes
6. Allow to cool before cutting into bars or cubes
