Ingredients

Almond Flour
Whey Protein Concentrate (80%)
Baking Soda
Plain Greek Yogurt (non fat)
Egg(s)
Banana(s)
1. Preheat the oven to 140 C (284 F)

2. Mix together the eggs and yogurt

3. Mash the banana and mix in with the eggs and yogurt

4. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well

5. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin lined with non-stick paper

6. Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes

7. Allow to cool
