Ingredients

Oats
Weider Vegan Protein (pea and rice)
Banana(s)
Pitted Dates
Water
1. Add the oats, 1 1/2 cups of water and protein powder to a saucepan and stir whilst heating on the hob over a medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add more water if necessary.

2. Chop up the dates and stir into the oatmeal.

3. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl. Slice the banana and add on top.
