1. Add the oats, milk and protein powder to a saucepan and stir whilst heating on the hob over a medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add water if necessary.
2. Chop up the dates and stir into the oatmeal.
3. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl. Slice the banana and add on top.
