Ingredients

Fish, seatrout, mixed species
Broccoli florets
Baby Spinach
Lemon Juice
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (392 F)

2. Season the trout with some black pepper and drizzle over lemon juice, then wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes

3. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the broccoli and boil for 7 minutes, then drain using a sieve.

4. Lay the spinach out on the plate, serve the trout and broccoli on top.
