Fish, tilapia
1. Preheat oven 180C (356 F)

2. Slice all vegetables

3. Drizzle oil over fish and vegetables

4. Season with herbs of your choice and salt and pepper to taste

5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes
