Ingredients

Back Bacon
Onion
Monterey Cheese
Worcestershire Sauce
Cajun Seasoning
Salt
Mixed Salad Leaves
Avocado
Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
Ground Beef (5% fat)
1. Finely chop onion.

2. Chop tomato and avocado

3. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook until crisp. Remove and set aside.

4. Add the onion to the frying pan and cook the onions over medium heat until tender. Stir in the bacon and set the pan aside.

5. In a mixing bowl, gently combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, salt and the bacon/onion mixture into a patty.

6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the patty and cook for 4-6 minutes each side to desired taste. Place the cheese on top of the burger, cover the pan until the cheese melts.

7. Serve with mixed green salad, tomatoes and avocado on the side.
