Cottage Cheese (1% fat)
Avocado
Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
Ground Black Pepper
1. Toast the bread using a toaster or grill.
2. Top each slice of toast with the cottage cheese. 
3. Slice the avocado and tomato and lay on top of the cottage cheese.
4. Sprinkle over the black pepper.
