Avocado
Hot Sauce
Lemon Juice
1. Boil the egg in a saucepan for 8-10 minutes, then take out of the boiling water and place under a cold tap

2. Peel the shell off of the egg, cut in half and scoop out the yolk into a bowl

3. Mash the yolk with the avocado, hot sauce, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper

4. Scoop the mixture into the egg white
