Avocado
Hot Sauce
Lemon Juice
1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan for 8-10 minutes, then take out of the boiling water and place under a cold tap.

2. Peel the shell off of the eggs, cut in half and scoop out the yolks into a bowl

3. Mash the yolks with the avocado, hot sauce, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper

4. Scoop the mixture into the egg whites
