Ingredients

Ground Turkey (fat free)
Onion
Parsley
Worcestershire Sauce
Green Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Ginger
Soy Sauce
Black Pepper
Romaine Lettuce
Garlic
1. Preheat grill to high.

2. Finely chop onion, green pepper, garlic and parsley.

3. To make the patty, in a mixing bowl, lightly combine all the ingredients and form into a patty.

4. Cook the burger for 5-6 minutes each side until cooked through.

5. Serve on top of the lettuce.
