Ingredients
Ground Turkey (7% fat) | |

Green Onions/Spring Onions or Scallions (including tops and bulb) | |

1. Coriander leaves should be roughly chopped. Finely slice spring onions. Slice the tomato.
2. Preheat grill to its maximum
3. Add turkey, fish sauce, coriander, sesame oil and spring onions into a large bowl. Season well with salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Then shape the meat into a patty.
4. Put the patty on grill pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until they are totally cooked through.
5. At same time cut burger bun in half. Mix together the yoghurt and chipotle paste and spread over the burger bun.
6. Take cooked patty from the grill and create our burger by stacking it up with tomato and lettuce. Close burger with the other half of bun.
