Ingredients

Chicken Breast
Greek Yogurt (whole milk)
Dijon Mustard (Whole Grain)
Broccoli
Artichoke Hearts (canned)
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C (356 F)

2. Grind the broccoli using a food processor, then mix with the artichoke hearts, yogurt and mustard

3. Coat the top of the chicken breast with the mixture and place in an oven proof dish

4. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes
