Fish, Tuna, Liight, Canned in Water, Drained Solids
Croutons
1. Shred lettuce, Slice strawberries, cucumber and mushrooms, Halve cherry tomatoes, Smash cashew nuts, Drain tuna and Crush croutons.

2. To make dressing, in a bowl combine oil, lemon juice and lemon pepper.

3. To make the salad, in a medium bowl mix the shredded lettuce, sliced strawberries, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, smashed cashew nuts and tuna.

4. Top with crushed croutons, dressing and serve.
