Lemon Juice
Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
1. Cut the apple into slice. Put the apple slices into a small bowl and pour over the lemon juice- stir to ensure all the apple has been exposed to the lemon.

2. Take the apple slices out of the bowl and place on a plate (discard of any excess lemon juice). Scoop the peanut butter into a small bowl and serve alongside the apple slices.
