Ingredients

Coconut milk, canned (liquid expressed from grated meat and water)
Apple(s)
Vanilla Extract
Coconut Oil
Cinnamon
1. Pour the coconut milk into a small saucepan

2. Add chopped apple, coconut oil, vanilla extract and cinnamon

3. Simmer for 30 minutes until the apples are soft

4. Puree in the blender until smooth

5. Place in the fridge until chilled
