Sultanas

1. Add the oats, protein powder and 1 1/2 cups of water to a saucepan and stir whilst heating on the hob over a medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add more water if necessary.

2. Stir the sultanas into the porridge

3. Pour the porridge into a bowl

4. Chop up the apple and add on top
