Almonds
Coconut milk (liquid expressed from grated meat and water)
1. Dice the apple into a cereal bowl, then toss with the cinnamon

2. Add the water, then place the bowl in the microwave for 4 minutes

3. Add the almond butter and vanilla and stir well

4. Pour over the coconut milk and sprinkle over the sliced almonds
