Set Up Your Completely Custom Diet Plan
- 1 Choose diet name
Select how many meals and snacks you want for each day of the week.
For each meal you can decide what percentage of the total calories for the day you would prefer each meal to have (Only want a small breakfast? Want your biggest meal of the day to be lunch? – no problem..)
- 3 Select your daily nutritional targets for Calories, Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat, Sugar, Sodium, Saturated/Mono-unsaturated/poly-unsaturated fat and fibre. You can change this criteria for each individual day if you wish.
- 4 Set up the ingredient filter to ensure any potential recipes that are found for your diet plan adhere to any dietary (ie gluten free) religious (ie halal) or personal (ie vegan) requirements you may have.
